Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the PropSec website at propsec.co.uk and, where it applies, the PropSec platform. Please read them. By using the website you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

The website and service are provided by PROPSEC LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15847196) with its registered office at 3 Derby Road, Ripley, England, DE5 3EA. You can contact us at info@propsec.co.uk.

2. How these terms work

These terms cover general use of the website and access to the platform. Paid use of the PropSec platform is governed by a separate written agreement between PropSec and your organisation (an order form and our customer terms, including a data processing agreement). If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence for the platform.

3. Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping it at scale, or interfering with its normal operation. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to view the website for these purposes.

4. Accounts and the platform

Access to the PropSec platform is provided through propsec.app to people your organisation invites. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend access where it is necessary to protect the service or where required by the customer agreement.

5. Intellectual property

PropSec and its licensors own the website, the platform, and all related software, text, design and branding. We do not transfer any of those rights to you. The PropSec name and logo are ours and may not be used without our written permission.

6. Your data

The operational data your organisation enters into the platform remains yours. We handle personal data as described in ourPrivacy Policy and, for the platform, under the data processing agreement in your customer agreement.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the website and service available, but we do not promise the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or withdraw parts of the website at any time. Service levels for the platform, where they apply, are set out in the customer agreement.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website. Liability relating to the platform is governed by the customer agreement.

9. Links to other sites

The website may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

10. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
