PropSec is built by people who run hotel operations for a living: multi-country estates, the audits, the contractor chases, the 2am callouts. The product exists because the tools we were given never matched the job.
Hotel operations run on evidence. The fire marshal does not want to hear that the checks were probably done; the insurer does not care that the certificate is in someone's inbox. Yet most estates still run on spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and a filing cabinet that only one person understands.
We built PropSec to close that gap: one ledger for every certificate, work order, contractor and asset, with the foresight to catch problems while they are still cheap and the governance to let AI help without ever acting alone.
The company is small on purpose. You will not be handed to a success team in another time zone; the people who answer your questions are the people who build the product and have run the same estates you do.
Hospitality first
PropSec is not a generic CMMS with a hotel skin. It speaks PPM, fire doors, LOLER and brand standards, because that is the work its makers have stood in front of.
Evidence over promises
A compliance platform is judged on the day the inspector arrives. Everything in PropSec is built backwards from that moment: one ledger, signed packs, provenance on every record.
AI under governance
The industry does not need another bolt-on bot. It needs automation that proposes, waits for a person, and writes down exactly what it did. That is the only AI we ship.
